How To Order Jewellery

If you see a piece of jewellery that catches your eye, please contact us to ask about availability and price. As our jewellery mainly consists of unique designs and cannot always be duplicated again we cannot guarantee that a piece may have been sold and therefore unavailable. We are constantly creating new designs with new and interesting stones. If you wish to see the jewellery please go to the contact page for details of dates and places you will find us.

PAYMENT OPTIONS


Cheque (Funds to be cleared before delivery)

Bank Transfer
Simply place your order with your contact details in the contact us section and we will arrange payment and postage with you. Once the funds are received, your order will be dispatched and you will be informed of the delivery by e-mail or phone.

POSTAGE


Orders will be processed the same day and sent after the transfer of funds. All orders will be sent by registered mail and will have to be signed for on delivery. A standard fee of $10 is charged for packaging, insurance and postage within Australia. Overseas postage costs will depend on the country and weight of the parcel. Shipping costs will be advised with confirmation of the order.

REFUNDS


A full refund will be given if the item received is damaged or not what you ordered. All care is taken with packaging so it is unlikely that damage will occur or you will receive the wrong necklace. Contact must be made within 2 days and the complete item returned in good condition within 5 days of purchase at the recipient's expense. No refund will be given if you simply change your mind.
